The 2011 Final Four will be played at Reliant Stadium where the remaining four college basketball teams from a field of 68 will square off to crown a National Champion.

Event History

The NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship is a single elimination tournament held each spring featuring 68 college basketball teams in the United States. This tournament, organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), was first developed by the National Association of Basketball Coaches in 1939. The NCAA would take over the tournament the following season.

Also known as March Madness or the Big Dance, the tournament takes place over three weeks at sites across the United States. The national semi-finals or Final Four has become one of the nation's most prominent sporting events.

At 11 national titles, UCLA currently holds the record for the most NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championships. University of Kentucky is second, with 7 national titles, and Indiana University is third with 5 national titles.
